The new telephone line
tap detector, will defeat telephone tapping
and telephone recording devices attached to
a standard home phone jack. Line powered
transmitters, line activated tape recording
controls, and all voltage activated devices
will not function. It will warn you of
lineman headsets and extension phone eaves
droppers. Easy to install--no adjustments
necessary. Simply plug the cord from the
Tele-Data Guard into your phone wall jack,
then plug your standard phone cord into the
Tele-Data Guard. If the green indicator
light is lit, your line is safe. If the
green light goes out and your phone goes
dead, then this is an indication of an eaves
dropping attempt or another phone on your
line is off the hook.
