We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason. Audio equipped hidden cameras are only available to law enforcement, local, state and federal government agencies ONLY.

Delivery Area and Requirements

United States of America

• Online ordering is available on orders shipped within the United States of America Only. Power requirements and video formatting may vary for other Countries. Orders shipped to all other countries are subject to Duties, Value Added Taxes, and or brokerage fees. These fees are collected by the delivery agent and we have no control over these added expenses. Orders to other countries must be secured with a wire transfer and can NOT be placed online. Please do not ask us to alter the Shipping Labels, Customs Documents, or Invoices in effort to avoid these fees.

• Orders for all other countries please submit email with your requests to global@spytechs.com

• Orders must be processed by 12:00 noon CST. to be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday prior to 12:00 noon via overnight shipping will be delivered on Monday providing Monday is not an observed holiday. This formula applies to 2 Day service as well.

• Act of God shipping delays are not refundable. This would include but not be limited too weather delays, security delays, and other delays beyond the control of the delivery agent.

• Packages may be shipped to physical addresses and PO Boxes provided they are listed with your credit provider. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS. PO Box orders will be shipped as follows Ground will be sent standard US Mail, 2nd Day Air will be sent US Priority, and Next Day will be shipped US Express.

• Orders shipping to PO boxes may be delayed 1 business day prior to shipping.

• Express Shipping will not be refunded if a receiver is not available when delivery is attempted.

• In the event that shipping was delayed and was controllable, only the difference from the shipping will apply as follows. Next Day Service if delayed one day will be refunded to the 2 Day service level and 2 Day Service if delayed would be refunded to the Ground Service level. This excludes weekends, and holidays.

• Weekends and holidays are not calculated in the delivery days.

• All deliveries require a signature. (Packages can NOT be left unattended.)

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Spy Chest Inc. dba. The Farm Wagon cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other Local, State and Federal Government Agencies and some third parties in order to enforce laws, fight fraud and other legal issues, to help protect you and Spy Chest Inc. dba. The Farm Wagon community from inappropriate or illegal acts. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address and any other information obtained during our our mutual relationship.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

• For your privacy, THE FARM WAGON is the name which will appear on your credit card statement.

• Due to the large volume of credit card fraud, your billing address is required and will be checked thoroughly, with the issuing bank.

• We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder except if you have listed the shipping address with your credit provider as an alternate shipping address. If you would like your order to go elsewhere (other than your billing address), please contact your credit card company and list an alternate shipping address with them. This can be accomplished by calling the 800 number on the back of your credit card.

• Orders cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 25% fee. Even if the cancellation is the result of shipping addresses not being listed with credit providers and order resulting in us having to cancel the order for you. All cancellations for any reason will be subject to a 25% fee.

• For orders deemed to be of high value or high fraud risk a manual imprint of card and signature will be required. We will make arrangements for the imprint and signatures.

• Automated Online Credit Card Processing may DECLINE your order for the following reasons:

1. Funds not being available at the time transaction is attempted.

2. Account number not being correct.

3. Expiration date not being correct.

4. Card Code Verification (CCV) Number not matching account.

5. Address Verification System (AVS) not matching both billing address and zip code as listed with your credit provider.

6. Credit Provider not participating in electronic CCV or AVS. 

7. Credit Card issued outside The United States. (Non US Financial Institute)

PayPal - Credit Card and E-Check

Subject to the same conditions and terms as other forms of credit card payments as described within the terms of sale. We accept orders from ONLY CONFIRMED billing and shipping addresses of senders located within the United States. The Credit Card Statement and / or PayPal account may reflect the Spy Chest Inc or Farm Wagon name. Packages will reflect the Farm Wagon name on the return address label to protect your privacy.

Other Forms of Payment
Company Check, Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Checks, COD

• No COD orders. We suggest a money order or cashiers checks.

• No Personal Checks. We suggest a money order or cashiers checks.

• Orders placed with a company check will be shipped only to the preprinted address on the company check presented.

• Money Orders and Cashiers Checks will be shipped to the address provided on the (ship to) section of the order form.

• Company checks require 15 working days to clear (no product will be shipped until funds are secured)

• Returned checks are subject to a NSF fee of $25.00 or 5% which ever is greater.

• Buyer assumes any and all expenses legal and/or other wise associated in recovery of funds (ie. NSF, Account Closed, or Payment Stopped) in the above payment methods. 

Return Policy 

• All products are special order by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. We may however at our discretion agree to allow for a cancellation with a fee of 25% provided the product has not been shipped.

• Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion. No funds will be returned.

• Any return must be authorized by a representative of  Spy Chest Inc dba. THE FARM WAGON and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise.

• Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Spy Chest Inc. dba. THE FARM WAGON

• No returns will be authorized  unless defective.

• No discontinued and/or discounted and/or special bundled item order may be returned.

• Some returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion.

• Returns and refunds provided at our discretion are purchase price less the 25% restocking fee only and exclude any and all shipping and or special handling charges or fees.

• Items returned damaged or missing parts will result in being returned to customer or lesser refund. Product to be inspected within 3 weeks of return normally. Certain times of year may require up 30 days to process and inspect product returns.

• Return offers and amounts are subject to change upon inspection of merchandise returned.

• Any questions as to product use and compatibility must be addressed in writing prior to a purchase being made. Such concerns should be made to sales@spytechs.com

Purchaser is responsible for any return postage, tracking, and insurance for merchandise sent back to any of our facilities. Merchandise that is lost, damaged or misplaced while in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser and their delivery agent. We assume no liability in merchandise that is in transit to any or our facilities. We recommend any returns be assigned a tracking number and sufficient insurance by the purchaser or their delivery agent.

Any and all damaged product must be noted at time of delivery. Or, damage must be reported in writing within 7 business days of receipt of product. Damage that was not noted upon receipt or in writing within 3 business days of product receipt will not be covered under the warranty or shipping insurance. Please inspect product upon arrival.

Warranty (Limited)

• Limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is NOT transferable.

• We guarantee all Spy Chest Inc. dba. THE FARM WAGON products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of up to 1 year beginning from the date of purchase to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated.

• Custom built or modified products are covered by 60 day limited warranty.

• Shipping and handling on products returned for warranty work or inspection is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• We will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration.

Legal Status of Products 

• It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply to all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order.

• By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and agrees to use the product only in a lawful manner.

• Under NO circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall The Farm Wagon or Spy Chest, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of use, misuse, inability to use, equipment purchased or rented or leased from this site.

Miscellaneous

• If for any reason a product should be out of stock a refund will be issued if funds have been captured.

• In the event an order is placed and can not be shipped because the ship to information provided is not listed with the credit card issuer or an item is shipped and not deliverable because the purchaser is not available to sign for the merchandise, we will NOT refund the shipping and handling charges, we will refund 75% of the sale (product cost) and re-introduce the product back into inventory. The remaining 25% and /or shipping costs is a fee to cover the expenses associated with re-introducing, tracking, logging and administrative costs and if applicable shipping costs associated with placing the product back into inventory.

• Prices are subject to change.

• Florida State orders must add applicable sales tax. If tax exempt, please include a resale certificate.

• We assume no liability associated with product usage.

• The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising from the use or misuse of these products.

• Product styles may vary.

• By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale.

Legal

It is further agreed and understood that the headquarters for Spy Chest Inc. dba. The Farm Wagon is located within the venue of the Judicial District Court, within Okaloosa County, Florida. You as the consumer (Buyer) and us as The Farm Wagon (Seller) this agreement is made in , governed by, to be preformed in, and shall be construed in accordance with the State of Florida. Each of the parties consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida and expressly agree to such forum for the bringing of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or relating to their obligations hereunder and expressly waive any objection to venue in any such courts and waive any right to trial by jury so that the trial shall be by and only to the court. Any and all expenses incurred by Spy Chest Inc. dba: The Farm Wagon, or "Farm Wagon" will be paid by the the purchaser. This includes but is not limited to, costs associated with copy requests, charge backs, discount percents, court costs, legal fees from attorneys, and any other cost generated by any disputed sale or attempted suit for any reason. You agree to pay for any and all costs direct or indirect for defense of Spy Chest Inc., dba: The Farm Wagon, "Farm Wagon". If any provision in this agreement is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement and we agree to substitute for the invalid provision a valid provision which most closely approximates the effect and intent of the invalid provision.
