Remote Access
One
of best features of this camera is it can be
accessed remotely. Note that the computer with the
USB receiver and the computer accessing it remotely
must have a high speed internet connection. The
computer that is using the included USB receiver
must have a Windows XP or Vista 32 Bit operating
system. Under the remote access options enable the
web server feature. Access the camera remotely by
opening up a web browser and entering http://
<your computer's IP address> and the <TCP port
number>.
Store Video and Snapshots Directly to Your Hard
Drive
Multiple storage options for video are available to
customize the recordings to best fit your needs.
Digital video is transmitted up to approximately 300
feet with our wireless hidden cameras.
Record video continuously or set the camera to
record only on motion activation to increase the
efficiency of memory usage. Set the camera to record
video or only take snapshots to use memory and time
spent reviewing information more efficiently. Most newer computers will have more
than ample free space on the hard drive, but you may
also consider using an external hard drive to
archive video recorded for long periods of time.
